We get a lot of use from this machine in our department at work. Simple to operate, always use filtered or spring water for making coffee, cocoa/hot chocolate, or noodles (using the hot water feature). Will need to order some cleaning supplies and more filters for this Keurig

Great product, nice and hot coffee. Comes with filters to change out every 3 or 4 months . this way you know your getting the best quality and tasteful coffee.

Bought this Keurig about a year and a half ago. We use it everyday, several times a day, and it's still going strong. I like the additional hot water feature for tea and the iced feature for iced coffee. We've owned several coffee makers through the years and this has been one of my favorites.

The insertion of the pods, selection of the cup size and overall coffee making performance is perfect. The only function that I might ask for an improvement is would be the water container. When the unit is facing you on the counter there is no visual indication of the water level when directly at the face of the unit. You have to shift your view to the left side to see if water is needed. It would be nice if there was a level indication on the face of the tank.

Great K-cup coffee maker that was easy to program. Also like the larger water tank for fewer refills.

I bought this Keurig Elite brewer as a replacement for one that I bought in 2012. This model has a large reservoire and several cup sizes to choose from as well as a hot water option and iced coffee option. It heats up and brews quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and love the way that this brewer looks.

This keurig has been flawless very happy with my purchase it has many features like the ice coffee which saves a lot of money in a year of usage its very easy to operate and it makes a nice great hot cup of coffee anytime you need a cup of Joe.

This is a nice Keurig! Very easy to use and has some great features and different coffee settings. I like the metal lift handle as it seems to add a more quality feel to the unit. So far its working great! This replaced my old one that lasted 5 years.

Love the options on the coffee pods and different sizes of cups including iced coffee.

Terrible! Lasted 3 months before it just quit working. It would turn itself off in the middle of a brew, and waste a pod. Then quit working all together. Keurig needs to do better. This was my 5th keurig coffee maker that quit working. I’m done with the Keurig name

I bought this as my original Keurig coffee maker gave up the ghost after 10 years. Did not need all of the "extras", as this just makes a good cup of coffee. I also however like the iced coffee function and the ability to make the brew stronger, and travel mug size.

I could not be happier with the speed of this maker. I am always in a rush and this heats up quickly and fills my mug in about 30 seconds. It is quiet and the best coffee maker I have ever had. I have not tried the ice coffee option yet. This Keurig is well worth the money!

this is our second keurig purchase. first one lasted a long time but developed an issue with the switch to turn the unit on. this one is quieter than our original one and that toggle switch issue was updated to a push button.

This Keurig is everything I wanted and more. I love the auto settings so that all I have to do is put my k-cup in and brew. It takes 5 minutes to set up. Having the hot water option for oatmeal is great and the ice tea or coffee option gives me everything in one. I highly recommend this Keurig.
