Love this coffee maker. Unfortunately this is the second one we've had to purchase as the first one we bought broke just outside the year manufacturer warranty. When we tried to contact Keurig we got absolutely no response. Unfortunately they are still the best K-Cup brewers out there and this was on sale so we decided to give it another chance.

Great purchase… have had same machine but older version prior and was intact for so long.. was about time to upgrade

Bought this as a gift for my father in law. His previous Keurig was really old and barely spat out coffee. This machine is simple, fast, and allows me to drink coffee when visiting him. I guess I really purchased it for me!

many options, looks nice, is fast, comes with everything you need to start. I suggest useing filtered water in this device. It has its own filter but note that the reservoir will be holding room temp water also the kurig filters are a bit expensive.

This is my fourth Keurig coffee maker. My husband is an avid coffee drinker, and he enjoys being able to always have a fresh cup of coffee. The Keurig coffee maker is always ready to brew him a fresh cup, and we don't waste coffee.

My 12 year old Keurig end up leaking immediately moving, so I went to Best Buy and purchased this one. It has typical Keurig quality and works very well. This one gets lots of use and is holding up well.

This Keurig K-cup machine is excellent. When it comes down to alternate quantity dispensing it falls a bit short but what I love about it is how hot it dispenses the coffee. Excellent heat .

This is my 5th Keurig (no... nothing wrong with them...just keep giving them away) and this has got to be the best one so far. The features are great for coffee, tea, and soup lovers and the temp control is AWESOME! Finally pipping hot coffee that retains a good temp to the last drop.

Quiet and quick. Easy to use and the different settings make this a very nice addition to the kitchen and is better than our old one, which was 5 years old.

Absolutely love this coffee maker! My favorite feature is that you don't need to wait until the water is hot in order to make your selection. I can literally turn it on, put in a K-cup and place my mug, and make my selection...and walk away! Then I can come back a bit later...and the coffee is there and waiting! The previous Keurigs never did that!

Best Buy made this purchase possible by checking stock in the back. Online ordering said they were out. So I went to the store to find a substitute and the person went and found what I this the exact model I was looking for. Iit works great!!

I bought this same item a few years ago and when it gave out recently,I just had to go buy another one,I love it so much.

I'm not sure if this is the selling point of this model but, it heats up the water very, very quickly. The settings make it so that it can pre-heat at a certain time in the event that you have a strict schedule so, your hot water will be ready for the K-pod for an immediate cup! It also has a sleep feature where it will turn right off after 15 minutes of idle time (or whatever you decide to set it to) so it's not just eating power. There are a few other features that don't pertain to me but, it has a mountainous setting so that if you live 5000' above sea level it can still make a cup of coffee? Overall, good product and plenty of coffee.

Great product at a great price... My previous Keurig lasted 10+ years. I'm sure this one won't disappoint.
