Product as expected, works great. This is the 2nd one, as the first was damaged in shipping but no problems getting a replacement other than 3 more days without coffee. Happy with product and BB.

Keurig Coffee makers are wonderful. So easy to make single cups of coffee. Best Buy helped out with a good deal on this unit. Bought this unit as a replacement for a previous Keurig.

I purchased this coffee maker after making the mistake of purchasing a Cuisinhart, which lasted a whole nine days. This coffeemaker has a number of cup sizes available and the ability to make a strong brew, which is nice if you really enjoy the flavor of your coffee. Setup was easy and I have had no problems with it. One word of caution, when filling the reservoir, the front of the reservoir is lower than the back, so you can accidentally overfill it if you are just looking at the back when you are filling it.

Works better and faster than our previous model and we love the easy 'hot water' feature we use with tea bags.

Easy for guests to use, reliable performance model. I use this in a short term rental and guests love it.

This is an awesome coffee maker. It makes the right cup of coffee and it tastes great. I have had a Keurig for the past 20 years or so. My first one was given to my to test it. It’s great.

Terrible! Lasted 3 months before it just quit working. It would turn itself off in the middle of a brew, and waste a pod. Then quit working all together. Keurig needs to do better. This was my 5th keurig coffee maker that quit working. I’m done with the Keurig name

It has a large reservoir for water and needs to be refilled less frequently than others at the same price.

Great coffee maker that allows for temp increases and will fit a yeti tumbler without taking out the drip insert.

This coffee maker is the best and it is so easy to use. You can also make iced coffee. A very nice simple coffee maker for the price

The best coffe maker ever Had one in the past and bought the same one because it works so well.

Works grade for brewing coffee but mold started growing I know why and have been able to prevent it since other than that works pretty good. A little confusing but I eventually figured it out. Probably would’ve been easier if I read the directions.

Bought this item as a replacement for my Keurig coffee maker that stopped working after 8 years. This unit was competitively price, Kerig has made some changes from my previous mopdel. The changes seem to make the new maker more robust.

I love it!!! Easy to use and easy to clean. I like how you can put a timer to turn on and off. When I wake up it’s ready to put in the pod and brew.

I have wanted to buy this fir a while and waited for it to go on sale. It was worth the wait very easy to use and have lots of choices of different pods for different flavor of coffee.

This coffee machine does it all. With several sizing options and well as an iced coffee featured, you cannot go wrong.

This coffee maker works fine, but is a bit overpriced for the quality. It is all plastic and even feels flimsy at times. The main misleading thing is that this machine claims to boil water for tea, oatmeal etc. However, the hot water comes through the same channel as coffee does when you make it, which makes everything taste like coffee. Either you never make coffee or have a coffee taste in all other drinks. I returned this machine and got a Ninja DualBrew which costs the same amount but offers a lot more, and has a separate hot water tube for pure boiled water.
