I have had it for a few weeks now and love it. The iced coffee button is a lovely feature. We use the coffee maker multiple times a day and haven’t had any issues.

It is all plastic and even feels flimsy at times. The main misleading thing is that this machine claims to boil water for tea, oatmeal etc. However, the hot water comes through the same channel as coffee does when you make it, which makes everything taste like coffee. Either you never make coffee or have a coffee taste in all other drinks. I returned this machine and got a Ninja DualBrew which costs the same amount but offers a lot more, and has a separate hot water tube for pure boiled water.

Perfect single serve for coffee and tea

I was very pleased to see the improvements made to this new model. The slate grey color is very sleek. I like the extra choices of buttons: Hot water for tea, strong setting for coffee, and multiple size cup choices. The reservoir holds a good amount of water and most important to me, I can use my own refillable pods for any coffee that I want without the waste of those one-use coffee pods.

I absolutely love it and the ice coffee feature is a favorite!

Because the fill tank is on the side instead of on the back we don't have to get creative with adding water to the darn thing. Makes a great cup of coffee.
