She says the coffee is nice and hot (better than her older model), it was very easy to set up, it even makes wonderful iced coffee, and it looks so gorgeous in the kitchen. She's had nothing but wonderful things to say about this Keurig. Best Buy delivered to my home on schedule as promised and the packaging was great. No issues. Highly recommend!

No regrets. Love it; I don’t have to refill as often. Serves up the perfect cup every time. Sleek and easy to use.

It's quick and easy to use. I can have my morning coffee without needing to make it in a pot anymore.

It can make several drink sizes, does iced drink like an occasional iced tea. Excellent value for the price.
