Much more sturdy feeling and as always easy to operate. My one dislike is how the buttons are basically pointing skyward and not the easiest to see for selecting cup and brew strength. As is with all my Keurigs it makes the usual heating up noise and pouring noise when brewing a cup.

My most recent one lasted three years and honestly was still working when I replaced it with this one. We love it! It’s not bulky. Looks good and using k cups is no brainer, For some reason this one seems to produce much hotter water quicker when filled. We also love the cold brew feature
