Works so much better than our old Keurig, and we don't have to wait five minutes to brew another cup - it's ready almost immediately. It seems to be a little quieter than the old Keurig as well.

I bought this as a present for my wife and ended up using it more. The water tank is ample, ease of use is beyond ridiculous, and it looks a bit nicer than the loud colored red or teal makers of the past.
