Our guests love being able to choose their favorite flavor of coffee! First of all, the personal customer service at the store was "OUTSTANDING"! We are great fans of Best Buy & continue to buy our numerous apliances there. Also, the ability to buy the extended warrenties is wonderful. Keep up the Good Work!!

I bought this as a present for my wife and ended up using it more. The water tank is ample, ease of use is beyond ridiculous, and it looks a bit nicer than the loud colored red or teal makers of the past.

Works so much better than our old Keurig, and we don't have to wait five minutes to brew another cup - it's ready almost immediately. It seems to be a little quieter than the old Keurig as well.

Purchased it and got it home, took it out of the box set it on our counter and it did not set on to two rubber feet. The unit would slide on the counter top. Took it back to the same store and was able to replace it for the same model. Got home unpacked it and this unit had the same problem, This time I called customer service and talked to an agent. After several minutes trying to explain what was wrong the agent sent out another set of rubber feet and said the new feet would work. Have not tried them yet but if the same problem happens again I will try and shim the rubber feet so they will touch the surface and stop the sliding on the counter top. The base of this unit seemed to be warped from the factory.
