In the morning instead of making a pot of coffee, I can make an individual cup or two. Fill the canister, push the button and a very short time one can enjoy an excellent cup of coffee. Cleaning up is a breeze, just place the cup in the dish washer!

All of the new Keurig machines are turning into junk. This one slows WAY down when you brew a 2nd cup..takes forever for it to finish because it turns into a slow run brew, then a drip. The last machine which was only 2 years old, started doing the same thing then just stopped working. After this one, we won't buy another Keurig machine and will go a different route. Sad you spend this much on a "premium" machine and its junk out of the box...

A Keurig with lots of options

The reservoir doesn't hold as much water as we were used to from our old Keurig so we generally fill it twice a day. Also, the directions for making iced coffee call for hot water over ice in the cup and that just about melts all the ice.

OMG UNBELIABLE HOW WONDERFUL IT IS

Ordered online, but had to return the one initially shipped as there was no shipping box...just the product box. It was ripped and dented upon arrival. Looked like it had been opened (maybe returned?) Took it to the store and they were very helpful to replace it with a new one. The only downside is that it's not ready to go when it's used. You have to turn it on and let it take time to heat the water again.
