I took the 1st one to work so I could get fresh coffee there. This one I like more as it has a larger variety of cup sizes ranging from 4oz - 12oz.

I love the hot water button for tea or hot chocolate. I have had issues with it brewing incorrectly when I use my own coffee grounds and filter that I bought to go with it.

We recently purchased a more expensive Keurig Model and it only lasted a month before it began to only dispense only a small amount of water. We went back to the K-Elite series (lower cost) and they typically work well for 2-3 years provided we follow mfg.s cleaning and care instruction. Will definately by the K-Elite again next time, but never any other Keurig model.

Love my new Keurig!

I like that there are multiple sizes compared to our previous version. The only thing I would complain about is the water reservoir is darken (matches the unit and looks nice) but it’s hard to see the water level.
