I love the larger reservoir and ice coffee function. Coffee maker is ready for use when I get up in the morning.

I can always depend on top products and better prices from Best Buy. This Kuerig coffee maker gives us good cup of coffe consistently for over 5 years and Best Buy gives us the extended warranty that keeps us buying from them anywhere in the country

Excellent coffee maker but if you use regular coffee mugs be prepared to make a mess since the machine places the cups too low from the dispenser crating a lot of splashing as liquids drop into shorter coffee cups. I spend a lot of time, minutes really, cleaning the mess every week. This would be solved if the pedestal could be raised to bring cups closer to liquid streaming down from machine. My old Keurig had this feature and I sorely miss it.

So far we are really enjoying our Keurig. Love the iced coffee feature on it and it truly is iced (cold) when finished brewing.

I replaced my old coffee maker when it stopped working. I love my new Keurig being able to make a single cup at a time. Easy to use and can change the flavor from time to time

This coffee brewer is fantastic. Many cup size options. Works easily right out of the box. Lets you know when to refill the reservoir.

This is my third Keurig machine. Let me tell you it’s also the best! I love the convenience of the iced coffee! My son uses that every morning before heading off to school. The large water container is also a plus. This is a fantastic machine.

Works great is a great coffee maker to have at home

Does what we expect from a Keurig and has lots of cup sizes. The reservoir doesn't hold as much water as we were used to from our old Keurig so we generally fill it twice a day. Also, the directions for making iced coffee call for hot water over ice in the cup and that just about melts all the ice.
