After a number of years of daily use, something usually fails. I can't complain about it too much, because the coffee makers really do last a long time. This is the product that I just purchased to replace my old Keurig. I really like the new features of this one. It has a number of upgrades like more cup size selections and the ability to make the coffee stronger.

The buttons and lack of a screen aren't as nice as the old one. Also miss the light at the bottom of the tank that would blink when the water was low.
