Sale price made this a good option. Convenient to use, fast brewing, and much cheaper then going to Starbucks. Like the clock feature which can by programed to automatically turn coffee maker on at set time in AM and off at PM, so it is not running all night long. Best Buy also included free mailing/delivery.

My concern is that I can't get it to program right, and the one I just purchased has a leak. The features are really nice and the ease of use is nice. I am getting really upset about how many Keurigs I need to purchase before I get one without a problem. I really think the people at Best see me coming and say here she is again. Many I just need to give up on this model. Will keep my fingers crossed that the one I just exchanged will be OK. Cannot get it to program the temp to 192deg.

Brushed slate looks great with my stainless appliances but does not show fingerprints. Large water capacity- much bigger than my old one. Love the cup size choices. Love the hot water feature because I switch to hot tea in afternoon. Quiet while in use. Looks great on counter.
