    Overall this Keurig is a pretty good item. Don't think it needs the buttons for "iced coffee", since once the hot coffee goes into the cup, the ice melts. I like the way the water reservoir attaches easily to the unit.

    Purchased this one to replace a smaller model we have used for many years. Sale price made this a good option. Convenient to use, fast brewing, and much cheaper then going to Starbucks. Like the clock feature which can by programed to automatically turn coffee maker on at set time in AM and off at PM, so it is not running all night long. Best Buy also included free mailing/delivery.
