I like the design and the way it looks sitting on the kitchen counter. Believe me, a morning started with prayer and a good cup of coffee is a great way to start your day.

The one that died seemed to be a more solid build than this model. It just seems like materials are less quality. Performance is good so far no complaints. The water chamber is awkward shaped and unlike the least device I have to use two hands and pay more attention to get it lined up properly. The controls for setting time/ timer/ etc are not as intuitive as I had hoped and I did have to view the online instructions to sort it out. I like the new “strong” feature as I like dark roast and the stronger the better.
