I have a 500 series at the office and have had it for about 7 years now its still going and no problems with it at all, lets hope this new maker last as long, Note: descale as directed and it should last you a long while

Don't think it needs the buttons for "iced coffee", since once the hot coffee goes into the cup, the ice melts. I like the way the water reservoir attaches easily to the unit.

One to brew at the largest per oz and one pod to use the smallest per oz sized brew... Little creamer and taste just like a barista made it.

Works fine.

Not as fancy as my previous model but works simply. Plastic feels cheap and over time might become an issue. Takes a little longer than previous model to heat up on power up, just use the pre-heat clock if you have a consistent schedule.

Coffee is good. Doesn’t take long to heat up. Some k pods are expensive tho. But coffee maker itself is expensive.
