    Was skeptical when buying this maker but sure am glad i purchased it. I have a 500 series at the office and have had it for about 7 years now its still going and no problems with it at all, lets hope this new maker last as long, Note: descale as directed and it should last you a long while

    Great coffee maker. Easy to make and don’t make a lot of mess. Coffee is good. Doesn’t take long to heat up. Some k pods are expensive tho. But coffee maker itself is expensive.

    After a month of use, this machine works fine. Not as fancy as my previous model but works simply. Plastic feels cheap and over time might become an issue. Takes a little longer than previous model to heat up on power up, just use the pre-heat clock if you have a consistent schedule.

    Love my Keurig. This is my 2nd one in 10 years. Pods cost more that ground coffee would (I could use the reusable pod & filter then it would be same as every other coffee maker for cost) I choose to use pods for a quick cup of coffee. Coffee tastes better with the Keurig.
