Full of grounds every cup

Bought this one to have something. It brews quickly...but, that is it. The amounts are never close to the same, and every cup is full of grounds.

When I asked he confirmed it was the 5 spike pod piercing style. It ended up with only a single spike. Price was decent though

Gets hot enough for me. Cooling coffee works as expected. The Universal K-Cup Pod sits awkwardly in the unit and may cause issues with different cup sizes, since liquid seems to go more towards the back.

This little machine lets us have both. Best of all, my tea does NOT have a coffee taste or smell like I was worried about. Would definitely recommend!

Best coffee maker

She loves it! The best part is unlike many other kuerigs, this is almost instantly hot, doesn't have to brew up to get it hot. Highly recommend!
