I tried several times but the water never warmed up, I don't know how you sell something without trying it first, after the waiting period I had to give it back the same day and beside they didn't another one to replace it in the BestBuy store that I picked it up. I felt so frustrated because I had the idea of my coffee. Thank You

This is our third purchase of Keurig coffee makers... We just love them... I am learning though you do need to clean them periodically to keep them running smoothly!

Bought for my grandmother, it was figured out with some difficulty by her. Not the most user friendly Keurig out there, but at a affordable price. I recommend better manuals.

Love my Keurig for morning coffee. though I found it to lose some of its heating process after awhile but otherwise its great

I bought this as a replacement for another Keurig of the same model. It was over 5 years old and I hope this one lasts even longer.

But it is prone to leaking sometimes. I ended up having to get it replaced because it stopped working and started leaking. But I love the idea of it!!

This appliance performs as I expected. But I'd recommend spending $30 and buying a better version. It can be a little confusing to use for the first timers.

It’s ok. Make coffee easily and good value. Nothing special, but if you want a quick coffee it does the job

If you just live alone and drink 1 to 2 cups a day it's just fine. Larger families of coffee drinkers should get a larger, more feature filled unit.
