It's become evident to me from personal experience and discussions with family members who have used Keurig in the past that their quality has declined significantly. Sorry to say but I would not recommend purchasing the Keurig K15 coffee maker.

Very poor construction and you have to refill each time you use with the correct cup size or it overflows! Coffee is weak. Bought Starbucks, Dickenson's, and brand off amazon to to effect. Terrible cup of coffee. Returned and bought the Ninja which is Amazing!

Sometimes works, mostly doesn’t - brews partial cups, brews cold coffee, etc. Never had a problem with any of my other Keurig machines.

Plus you can't put a big cup under this machine so you are using 2 cups it you want to use a travel mug
