    It’s timy and only small coffee cups fit. It doesn’t even fill small coffee cups up full enough and the coffee doesn’t seem to be as hot as my regular jeurig

    I do t care for this coffee maker. I can’t fit most cups under it and it takes longer to heat up and brew

    This Keurig is not worth it if you make more than one cup of coffee a day. It didn't even last one year. I now have to upgrade to one of the other models.

    There was a defect with my machine. The water would not come out. Nor would it make my coffee. I returned it an purchased another brand.

    I've purchased two of these K15 units over the past two years and neither lasted the year. It's become evident to me from personal experience and discussions with family members who have used Keurig in the past that their quality has declined significantly. Sorry to say but I would not recommend purchasing the Keurig K15 coffee maker.

    Not impressed with the quality or operation process. Seemed slow to heat water and cheap looking once out of the box. Not impressed with Best Buy employees lack of concerns. Next purchases will be thru online companies like Amazon or Newegg.

    Super low quality. Just flimsy. Very poor construction and you have to refill each time you use with the correct cup size or it overflows! Coffee is weak. Bought Starbucks, Dickenson's, and brand off amazon to to effect. Terrible cup of coffee. Returned and bought the Ninja which is Amazing!

    I bought this without reading reviews on it. It is defective from day 1, like everyone says. Sometimes works, mostly doesn’t - brews partial cups, brews cold coffee, etc. Never had a problem with any of my other Keurig machines.

    I had this for two weeks and it broke. It pushed the water to the over flow area instead of in the cup. Plus you can't put a big cup under this machine so you are using 2 cups it you want to use a travel mug

    5 months into using it once a day, it broke and won't pump water. I recommend buying to Geek squad warranty because I'm out $80 and I have a broken coffee machine.

    This is the second Kuerig single serving coffee pot I've had and when you even measure one 8 oz cup it still leaks everywhere BB I'm bringing this one back tomorrow
