There is not messy clean up or filters to use. All I do is pop in the cup and drink. They do sell a filter for ground coffee however I should really come with this machine since it is needed to operate. You shouldn't be required to buy it. This is my fav model because it is just a button. no screens and it is the smallest one! If there was an even smaller one I would like that one more.

Very simple to use and maintain. Drinks come out hot, but not hot enough where you'll burn your mouth after 10 minutes.

My Mom was talking to her sister the other day & just happen to mention it to her. She never heard of these Keurig K-cup brewers before. So when I seen this model on sale with a box of 48 cups I decided to buy my Aunty one. She got it delivered in one day. She's a happy camper. No need to make a pot of coffee anymore. Since it's only her & her son & she's the only one that drinks coffee this is perfect for her.
