You basically put the amount of water you want in the reservoir up 12oz. Then it seems u push the button it heats water then u push button again and it brews. It takes a while. Cappuccino never tastes right. Coffee is soso. Stick to regular keurig! This thing is a joke. The surpreme is way better.

If there are multiple coffee drinkers in your family you might want to get one of the larger units, but if you’re just a single person or a couple, this unit will do just fine for you. I’ve had this unit for about a month and I have had no problems. There are various parts that detach for easy cleaning and the coffee so far has been consistently good.
