The reason for buying is while fishing the motel we stayed in had one in the room. Worked very well. Just took favorite pods with us. Lots better than the old coffee makers in the room and saves a trip down stairs. Also the lobby didn't have coffee because of Covid. I have a large Kuerig at home so I'm sure this one will be nice to take on trips.

I don’t worry about the cup overflowing because it does not have a reservoir that stores water. I get the perfect amount of coffee for my cup. I did have to stop using a thermos because it would not fit, even with the tray removed. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product, especially because it does not take up a lot of counterspace.

Had an ongoing relationship with keurig for replacements. Received exceptional support from keurig to provide replacement devices at no charge. Unfortunately went through 2 replacements in about a year and then switched to a different model at no charge in the end. I am happy so far with the final replacement product.
