It is a bit slower than most k cup brewers, but not to slow. The only issue that I have is that it will only make up to 12 oz cups and I have a 16 plz coffee mug.

You have to fill the little reservoir each time you use it, but then just press the button and away it goes.

No pesky filters to replace, like the bigger keurig models. One thing I noticed was a lot of splashing when dispensing.
