I have yet to get one that has lasted more than 1 1/2 years. Each one has started having problems a bit after 12 months. They just quit brewing. I put water in the tank and it gets heated up but doesn't discharge it. If it does, it is just spits and small spurts and I get maybe a 4th of what I have put in. I have kept them descaled and cleaned the ports that the water comes out of. The support videos aren't helpful. What is really irritating is that I ONLY DRINK 1 CUP OF COFFEE A DAY!!! My new one after it finishes makes a long gasping sound and reminds me of the sound I make when I'm having an asthma attack and having trouble breathing. I give it 2 stars as it looks well put together and for the short time it works does brew a good cup of coffee. It fits in the limited counter space that I have which is the chief reason I buy them.

It brews extremely hot which is perfect for my hot cup of coffee and I can use it as well for heating water to make my husband a cup of hot tea. It takes two minutes to heat the water, but it is well worth it if you like your coffee hot. I also like the extra storage container for your K-cups if you like taking your Keurig on vacation.
