Sometimes it works, but other times it doesn't. The coffee doesn't always come out when you run it--causing you to have to go through the process several times before the coffee pours out. When this happens, there will sometimes be water where the pod is placed. Bought the machine 4/10/20. It is now 7/10/20 and I am sure I will have to buy another machine very soon! This is so disheartening because the return period ended on 5/31/20. DON"T BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!
