Stopped working after the 15 day return.

I usually one drink one cup of coffee in the morning, so i though this would be ideal. The first week it worked fine, but then I noticed it was taking longer than normal to brew. Then it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. I tried cleaning it as suggested by Keurig. It worked intermittently, but Sometimes all I Get is a cup of cold coffee or it would overfill the mug. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but it was outside of the 15 day return policy. I have contacted Keurig a few times, but so far nothing but canned answers and links to cleaning the coffee maker.

The power cord is retractable which makes it nice for storage. Perfect for one cup of any size up to 12oz. The pods can be stored in the front of the machine which makes it nice and convenient.
