    This coffee maker does not work you're supposed to push the button on the top to start the brewing and it doesn't always work and by the time you get it to work the coffee comes out lukewarm. I should have bought the coffee maker that was $50 less.

    Compact for travel

    We bought this for travel - it works well but is a little hard to sort out if it's going to brew a cup because there is a little bit of a delay from when you hit the button to when it starts.

    Thanks too long to brew a kcup way too long like it has delay i bought this brand new so this year I ended up buying the 3rd keurig machine the duo.

    Did not like this Kuerig. Does not have a water tank. Water was not very hot after brewing.

    Doesn't stop on its own

    I had a regular keurig before this. I don't like this one and wish I had returned it in time. It will not stop on its own, you will have to be there to indicate when you want it to stop. It also doesn't hold much water either.

    Not what we expected from Keurig

    We got this to replace our 3 year old Keurig, and we are not at all satisfied. It tends to not take in all the water randomly, so when the coffee is made it comes out luke warm.

    Arrived late and defective upon arrival! Bought this on clearance and didn’t even come with a box, online indicated new not open box!!! Disappointed upon opening the box.

    Really like this single cup brewer, just pour in the water you wish and select strong, I just love this feature, improves the taste greatly. No water sitting in reservoir to get old.

    sorry but was poor quality at times it only gave a half cup so we wasted our k cups which arnt cheep. we have been a constant user of kuerig for over 19 years so we know how to use it

    Unfortunately, we were not happy with this Keurig-K-Mini Plus. It was not as user friendly as the full size ones and takes too long to get a single cup of coffee.

    Acidic coffee taste

    If you’re a coffee lover and care about the taste/quality of your coffee, I wouldn’t go with a keurig. It’s too acidic. I’ve already had 3 keurig machines and it just does not taste good.

    Looks good; a cup of coffee takes forever

    The first machine was broken out of the box. Six people tried to use it, to no avail. The second machine worked, but if you're used to other Keurigs, it's slow, clumsy. and spits out inconsistent measures.

    Quit in less than 8 weeks

    I bought this exactly two months ago, and only use it about 3 times per week. It already quit working and now pours coffee out of the bottom instead of the top…and of course, is just past the returnable date.

    The water does not get hot and lukewarm water does not do for morning coffee. I would not recommend this product.

    Does not heat the water to a hot temperature. Having problems getting it to start. Just not a good machine.
