    I'm so disappointed in the mini kurig, it does get very hot at all, it only hold a coffee cup nothing else I'm selling in the garage sale...

    Horrible product. Lasted 30 days. Best Buy would not let me return it after 14 days! Wasted $89 plus taxes.

    Keurig went out Second Day of Use

    Machine went out the second day of use. I was in a car wreck so the machine and extension cord I was using are ready to be broyghtbbzck to store. Thank you for reminding me. Joan Bunke

    Too little and has no water reserve only holds 1 cup. Not worth the high price i would not recommend this item to anyone

    Horrible machine. You have to lift and close the lid and push the buttons so many times before it brews. Way too much trouble im returning today.

    It only lasted for 4 cups of coffee before it broke. After that would only dispense 1/2 of the water at a time (so 1/2 cup), and top and bottom pieces came apart when inserting the pods...

    A total of 5 mins to get my cup of coffee? The instructions state an 1-3 step approach. Three being press the huge button on top. This thing heats up the water like twice. Load the water, it is put into the canister heating 1. Then press the button and wait, you hear the noise heating 2. Within 2 mins the coffee starts trickling into the cup. Prefer my old keuring.

    I had an unopened product ans they wouldnt accept it back two days after the return date. There was even the fourth of July in between so i was unable to return. I will never shop at beat buy again.

    This is a terrific coffee maker! We have had it a week and it works perfect! And it makes great coffee!! So easy to use and fits anywhere. Love the slim design!

    The reservoir is defective. After you make one cup, will drain approximately one tablespoon and stop. You open the top and hit go again. Repeat this process over and over, you may have a cup of coffee. More than likely, you'll have a $100 piece of garbage after 8 months.
