    will not work with pods

    does not run with pods. inserted pod , it took water from the reserve but no water came out. remove the pod and press brew the hot water comes out. tried different variations on steps . still no luck. returned it but kept pods since the box was opened to try it on the keurig.

    Unfortunately, it did not work, or worked sporadically (only worked 3 times over a week of daily effort). It also leaked water if filled to capacity line. So it had to be returned.

    Less than 45 days and it stopped working I bought as a gift for my sister! Water went everywhere and wouldn’t route as it was made to do! Will never buy another one

    Too expensive for the quality I bought for my husband, but he did not like it because he heard from too many people the is not a good product and breaks easy

    Been having it less than 5 weeks and it doesn’t work. Worst thing is i dont have my reciept going to try to return it. But even when it was working i was always having issues with it. I bought Keuring coffee machines before and never had this type of issues.

    My old Keurig broke and I got this for replacement. It’s easier to operate the old one than this. I’m not very happy with this purchase but I’ll wait until it breaks for another replacement but definitely not the mini.

    Great product until it breaks. This one was my second mini, and today, December 12, it is broken again. If you want to product, just make sure to buy the warranty- you’ll use it!

    Had it for about a week. It wouldn't brew all of the time even when I followed the instructions. Handle was really flimsy. Plus side is that it was nice and compact.

    We have had 2 of these in the last 6 months. 1 stopped working completely, and the second only heats the water to tepid. What a waste of money!
