    Had Keurig coffeemakers before and this is of much poorer quality.

    Not reliable. Customer service is very slow

    Terrible product and customer service. After the second attempt to brew coffee, the Keurig leaks from the bottom. If you call customer support, it takes 7 - 10 days to receive a replacement. This will be the last Keurig I will buy. I have now had to buy 2 of these in less than a year and they just do not last even with maintenance and clearly Keurig does not care about the customer. 7 - 10 days to receive a replacement is not acceptable at all in a world where next day, 2 day or even 3 day service is not hard to use. Very poor quality or care for the customer. DO NOT BUY!!!!

    Epic Failure! Refuses to drain water!

    Like some other reviews mentioned, this unit fails to complete draining water into heater reservoir. I had to repeatedly re-lift handle to complete brewing. Customer service is clueless and just reads off the script. They sent me replacement that went through the same issue.

    Who pays a hundred bucks for a coffee pot you can’t plug in. This has a 6” power cord. Seriously. So I can either get a power strip or an extension cord (or do the logical thing and send it back). Very disappointed. I don’t know anybody who has outlets that low. Pretty shoddy work Keurig.

      Hi Lisa, thanks for your review. The power cord of the K-Mini Plus is 30" and is tucked in the back of the coffee maker for storage. It may have to be pulled out to extend to it's full length. Hope this helps! KeurigCare

    Bought in Sept. dead by January

    I bought this in Sept. Used it 3-4 times a week max. By January it was dead and wouldn't pump the water reliably anymore. I cleaned it with Keurig cleaner and still dead. DO NOT BUY.

    So angry

    I received my mini as a Christmas gift. It doesn't work. Water will not drain out of the reservoir to begin the brewing process. I'm extremely disappointed and angry
