    Overall it’s a good machine and makes great coffee. But I end up returning the first one to Keurig Because it stopped drying water from the reservoir into the coffee maker. Their customer service was terrible to deal with so I recommend getting the extended warranty from Best Buy

    I bought this coffee machine for my wife’s work desk and everybody gave her compliments on how cool it looked, sadly it stopped working last week, I did troubleshooted and it looks like the pump is gone. It lasted 6 months only.
