    I was looking for a compact coffee maker to save some counter space. I usually one drink one cup of coffee in the morning, so i though this would be ideal. The first week it worked fine, but then I noticed it was taking longer than normal to brew. Then it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. I tried cleaning it as suggested by Keurig. It worked intermittently, but Sometimes all I Get is a cup of cold coffee or it would overfill the mug. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but it was outside of the 15 day return policy. I have contacted Keurig a few times, but so far nothing but canned answers and links to cleaning the coffee maker.
