OK machine

Machine is very loud when drawing water from the reservoir in to heat it. It takes a while for the water to heat and dispense the coffee. At times the machine totally shuts down and doesn't brew at all. It also makes a moaning/groaning sound after it is done brewing. My machine is only a few months old and not able to be returned. Contacted Keurig and they are sending out another brewer to me. Didn't think to ask if it was brand new or refurbished. Hopefully this next one will work a little better. Only time will tell.
