You have to pour the water in the back, which always spills down the side and the counter. Then once you put in the k-cup you hit the big button and wait, and wait... It's small and cute, fits anywhere, you could almost put it in a big purse and carry it with you. My wife named hers Ella, but a total waste of time and frustration for coffee addicts.
