The smaller size is nice but it takes a few minutes to heat up and having to add water each time (I know…it’s a single serving) just wasn’t as convenient as my full-sized instantly-hot Cuisinart!

The coffee maker looked great, compact and sylish. However, it did not fit our reusable generic pods. These pods fit fine in all other Keurig makers except for this Mini. Too bad. Had to return

I returned this item just because it was too small for my needs I decided to pay a little more and get the dual Keurig for about $30 more not too bad but this would be excellent for small counter space

Works great and coffee tastes great for this compact unit. However, sometimes the coffee is comes out barley warm and not hot enough. Not sure if its going to be an issue down the line but we will see.

It was not advertised as an open-box or return but when I opened it had clearly been used before. the reservoir was dirty and there was no user manual. I would have returned it immediately, but it was for a short term rental and a guest was arriving within the hour - not enough time to drive across town to Best Buy. I ended up cleaning it and it works fine, but not at all what I expected. I looked again at the order - no mention anywhere. The brew button is not an obvious brew button. You turn the machine on, but then to start the brewing, you hit this huge "button" that looks like part of the design instead of a button to start brewing (and it's not labeled.) So many guests were confused, I had to label it on the machine myself. Other than that design flaw, it works fine. Disappointed with Best Buy more than the machine itself.

Purchased as a gift for my husbands return to the office. Not a bad idea especially with the pandemic, having a single serve option available at your desk.

love this little machine! I've had it a little over a month and its still giving me great hot coffee. love it! could not recommend it enough!

This mini Keurig is super convenient for a guest suite. Love the size. But the power cord is super short, too short, just a few inches, which is not practical thus requiring an ugly extension cord. The length of the power cord is not indicated on the box.

If you're a lazy bachelor like me and don't want to go all the way to the kitchen before you shower, this device is absolutely perfect. it's a bit slower than my full sized one, though.

Keurigs are great machines and we have been using one for years. I never really liked a big reservoir since we do not make a lot of coffee. This unit you fill a cup size that you are going to use right then. This unit can accommodate a travel mug, something that earlier models would not.

I missed my old, larger Keurig, but didn't miss it taking up so much space. This is perfect! I love the fact that there is no water tank and it's just a quick fill up for each cup.

Love it, use it everyday, twice a day, makes awesome coffee, bought one for my boyfriend and for my daughter and they loved it too.

Just ok. Plain and cheap looking. Ok to recommend to a friend i guess. Actually Keurig is not the best K cup coffee maker around. Just check the internet for options. There is a lot out there. If you just want a regular cup of coffee, the old fashion coffee maker will do.

I bought this for my RV, due to the size and shape. It works fantastic and stored under the sink nicely when In transit. As usual, keurig makes a fantastic cup of coffee!

Purchased this keurig for my sister. She has limited space on her kitchen counter so this was the perfect one for her. Holds water for one cup at a time.

I like a Keurig but have to complain that I have purchased several because they break often and cannot be repaired. These Keurigs range from single serve to the largest pot. They don’t last.

We have had for 7 months. It is a great little coffee maker!! We have had no problems with it at all. Perfect for a small space like our motor home.

Gave ot to my son for a birthday present, he was wasting so much with a 10 cup coffee pot. Very happy
