    Really slow and took forever to brew. Mine died after 5 months of limited use. Do yourself a favor and get a bigger one - they work much faster and last a long time.

    This was the second one I picked up at BB, really preferring to buy from BB as I try to get my tech / equipment through you rather than another place due to the nice point program. However, This did not work. Perhaps you bought a bad batch unknowingly to sell? I ended up round #3 purchasing a fully functioning one at Target and have had zero problems with it from the get go.

    The replacement My K-cup which enables me to use my own coffee needs to be removed and lined up exactly or it falls through and is very frustrating! I have had this Keurig K-Mini product for over a month now! I have spent many hours trying to get it to work and still have not had a cup of coffee from it!

    Worst small appliance I’ve ever bought

    Totally unreliable, glitchy and hard to get it to brew a simple cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I bought it for a new home and didn’t try to use it until after the 30 day return policy. I would like to trade it for another one since I assume it’s just a lemon, but totally wasted my money and am stuck with a piece of junk. I guess the lesson is to not respond the Best Buy sales unless your ready to try the product out right way.

    The Kureig leaks a lot and it takes too long to come on. I thought i would better.

    This was returned. The power cord did not reach my outlet. Extremely poor design for an overpriced coffee pot. My next order was a Cuisinart, I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

    Coffee not hot

    Started off well but within a week the water coming out was hot enough, just barely, to brew but that was it. Had to return which BestBuy did. I would not recommend this model.

    This Keurig had to be returned. Water chamber was inconsistent. Placing the coffee pods was cumbersome. You have to slam down the cover hard and the piercing needle often didn’t work.
