    It makes coffee an other "pre-made" cups easily and well. However, it is rather loud when it heats up. Works fine, just noisy when it first heats up.

    I am not pleased, it gave me trouble 16 days after purchase and Keurig was no help. I am 72 years old and no one could help on the phone.
