Some reviews were bad. However, one of my three purchases had to be replaced. The unit just stopped working. No problem replacing it with it a new one from company. Yes, I would recommend this product.

Great purchase price and better quality than from other stores! Like the product is made specific fir cheaper store. I have bought several things from another particular store and within 1-6 months, they have all broke!!! I will purchase everything from Best Buy!! Even if product does break, atleast they replace it quickly and no questions asked!

After reading the reviews on this Keurig, and seeing a big price drop on it, I jumped on the deal. When I removed it from the box some parts felt cheaply made. The water container, the container lid, and the open and close handle didn't feel well made. The open, close handle feels like it will break when you close it on the K-cup. I was excited to use it at first, and it did do a great job when I first used it. You will definitely get hot coffee! Which I loved about this machine. But after 20 days after my purchase, it stopped functioning. I tried cleaning it, changed the water, cleaned the tank, and it did no good. I wanted to like this machine so much, but after a short life span...lol, I was upset big time. I didn't buy the warranty cause of it being a well known brand name (Keurig). I thought it would at least last me a good year or more, but it didn't. Maybe I got a bad one. The good thing is, as I said, it makes a great HOT cup of coffee. Maybe you will have better luck with it as many people on here have said.
