    My unit died on Friday - a work day and my sister got the last cup of coffee it barely pushed out that morning. Needless to say, this was a crisis for me because I just could not bear the thought of going into the weekend without any coffee. I wanted to get a unit as close to the model I previously had which lasted more than 5 years and was quite sturdy (heavier). Best Buy had the newer model version available when other places I thought like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Walmart did not. In addition, it was on sale! I ordered it quickly online and picked it up later after finishing up with work - no delay. The unit is very much like my old one in terms of style and functionality; however, it is really lightweight and the motor sounds different. I don't think the quality is the same anymore and fear it may not last the distance, which remains to be seen. In the meantime, I am happy to enjoy my java and buy more flavored K-Cups! Thanks, BB

    This Keurig single-serve coffee maker was bought as a gift. It has performed extremely well and the person who received it loves it, often preferring to use it instead of the regular coffee maker since it is very easy to use and one can try different tastes one-at-a-time.

    Bought this for my mom. She and my aunt could not get the water filter set up. She threw it all back in the box and now I use to at my house. I got water filter put together. It was kinda odd how you did it. You had to put it together with the filter at the bottom of the long plastic piece.
