Best machine lasts a long time

First the air at the end of each cycle - I’m guessing to blow out the grinds - stopped working. It still made coffee, and I didnt feel like spending another +$100 for another machine… so I kept using it, just cleaned it more often, even though I have always used bottled water to make coffee. Then the unit stopped heating altogether. So no choice but to buy another. I bought a 2 yr extended warranty this time. I’m only a couple of months in… so far so good. Only time will tell

Strong-brew option but needs more instructions

Though, I had to go online to find instructions on how to properly install the filter and its attachment. The strong-brew setting is amazing.

I ended up purchasing the same style coffee maker. After looking around to buy one, Best Buy had the better deal

Poor design, noisy, slow.

This version is awful. The odd-shaped reservoir is awkward to grasp and nearly impossible to get your hand in to clean. They say it'll give five cups in one fill. Don't believe it. You have to put more than 2 cups in it just to get one. Otherwise, the low water light comes on, but not until after it's going through its initial assessment. It's noisy and takes too long to brew. Who designed this thing? A perfect example of design for design's sake. Only redeeming feature is good coffee, but really?

Love my Keurig

Great if it works
