The water heats up fast and when you are ready to make a cup of coffee it works immediately! The only reason for the 4 stars is it appears to be made with cheaper plastic than my older unit. I just hope it holds up to the daily use. My last one lasted 11 years!

Nice looking and good quality coffee maker. Very happy with my purchase. Machine simple enough for those of us looking for simplicity in small appliances, and not lots of bells and whistles that in the end hardly anybody uses.

I can order another one at 3 times the price I paid on the Best Buy site but Best Buy said they couldn’t order it. Sorry customer service Best Buy. Will buy from direct from vendor at near the price I paid.

I wish it had a water level float as its hard to see the water level and when the light comes on to add water it is too late so you get a partial cup. Otherwise it's fine as a basic machine for two people who only drink maybe 2 cups each.
