    Coffee maker works great! 4 stars because we bought a white coffee maker and it comes with a black cord. Not sure if the factory messed up or if coffee maker supposed to come with black cord.

    I purchased this coffee machine, and less than 5 weeks into the use of it, the machine broke. Sadly Bestbuy does not handle the warranty for this, and I will have to go without a coffee maker for several long days while Keurig decides what to do, even if they will replace it.

    Basic Keurig. When brewing it splashes coffee everywhere. Dont really care for unit itself. Don’t recommend this model to anyone.
