    We decided to upgrade from our original Keurig, and couldn’t pass up on the sale price. Unfortunately, right out of the box I could tell it wasn’t made as well. Maybe cheaper plastics? I’m not sure ... what I do know is that the unit would wobble on our counter - I tried fixing the rubber tabs underneath, but didn’t work. The K-Cup holder would not stay open and then when you opened it after making a cup, it would spray left-over coffee everywhere. I may have gotten a defective unit, but I did return it and went for the K-Elite for a little bit more.

    Read reviews about coffee coming out of the top and putting coffee grounds in cup. Thought I would give it a try. Did the same thing to me after a month. Returned and upgraded to the Elite.

  • Old or fake merchandise?

    It appears that this is an old product that is out of warranty or a fake. The coupons inside the box expired 6/30/24--even though I bought the unit 12/19/24. I tried to register the warranty, and Keurig's system tells me that the serial number is not a valid number. Is this a fake or just old merchandise? Too much headache.

    It doesn't have a sleep feature, it powers off. Which is great for saving electricity but in the morning having to power it up an wait is frustrating. Otherwise works fine.
