    I loved it when it worked. However, it just died one morning. I watched every youtube fix and google search fixes too. None worked. Of course it died just one year later. I bought a cheap clone on Amazon that does both pods and loose coffee. Don't be fooled by the name. In short, very displeased. To pay nearly 100 dolars for something that dies one year later, come on.

    Don’t know what’s happening with this brand but it sucks, I’ve gone through about 4 of these . The first one lasted me a long time but after that every one I’ve bought is cash in the trash . Do not recommend at all

    Bought this as a Christmas present, all looked well. The plastic lid on the bottom is very flimsy. It brooke when we tried to lift it up a bit.
