    After 4 months this unit malfunctioned, would randomly turn off before doing it's job. Used only 3 times a day. The process to get a replacement took about 30 min on the phone half of which was on hold. Then you have to send a copy of the receipt in JPEG format. The replacement unit was comparable in price from the same retailer, but it did not have all the same features. Feel like we were cheated. Good Coffee otherwise.

    We originally had a really small Keurig and upgraded to this. It is bulkier than we expected but can make up to 4 big cups.

    Ugh! What can you say after 4 months of use and then it stops working? A real disappointment as we have purchased three (3) Keurigs single-serve and this was the more expensive but least reliable. Ugh!

    Loved our last one, but this one's even better! My favorite part is with this one, I can start it up put the cup in, push the button and walk away and come back to a cup of coffee. Our last on you had to wait for it to warm up to even start.
