    Its fast coffee . But it didn't fit my needs. Felt cheap. I went with the ninja instead.

    I bought this for my mother, and I'm returning it. When she uses the reusable K-cup, there are grounds in the coffee, and when she uses the regular K-cup, it doesn't puncture the foil. I thought maybe she was having trouble because she's old, but I went over there multiple times to try it and, at a minimum, if you're pushing it down as hard as possible so it punctures, there will be grounds in the coffee. If you don't push it that hard, it doesn't work at all. Very disappointing. We're going to try a different model.

    I purchased this Keurig November 30th of 2020. A few days ago, the water started to go thru slowly and it was not making the usual noises. Today, it shut off in the middle of making a cup of coffee. I can't believe this pot didn't even make a year!

    My Keurig would not turn on this morning. I purchased on 4/6/2023. My previous machine lasted 10 years so this was a big surprise. I guess they just don't make them like they used to. Maybe it's time to return to a conventional coffee maker.

    Good concept but not the Keurig that I have become accustomed too. This unit definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Leaking about a Tablespoon of water from the head unit on a daily basis and inconsistent amounts dispensed on the preset cup sizes. Very discouraged.

    I have had several Keurigs. This is the least liked of all. It heats OK, but I can only get 2 mugs of water out of each refill. It would be much better if the water reservoir were larger.

    coffee leaked inside the pod holder area. It would drip out onto counter and I also noted there was wet coffee back inside that area. I assume it was faulty in production so returned. I'll keep using my ten year old Keurig that was obviously more substantial.

    I bought this cute Keurig for my coworker and I to use. It is a very nice color and worked well for about a week and a half. It started spewing water out of the bottom after just a few uses. This machine was a waste of money, and I will be returning it.

    This Keurig only worked less than 2 months. I will never buy another. The machine would not stay on and I tried everything that you-tube suggested and every online article from Keurig. Nothing worked and Best Buy said it was too late to return.
