Returned this and got a k-elite instead do to the difference in build quality. Very flimsy, especially the lid that covers the water. Always bumped it off by accidentally brushing it. Worst part of all was that it would say to add water even though there was water in the unit! Last straw was when the unit began to leak water! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product.

Found little plastic sleeve on needle for pod puncture. Did not work at first. Now works well. Need a little larger water tank like first gen.

Target never has the white ones in stock so was very happy to find it at Best Buy! Plus it was $20 cheaper than I have seen there - thanks BB

This thing takes FOREVER to beew a single cup of coffee.

I bought this and also the Keurig refillable pod and with filling the coffee to the max amount and choosing the medium size cup, the coffee came out weak. That was with using Starbucks French Roast! I not sure if I received a defective one but I will continue to use my XO coffee maker which has spoiled me I guess.

Would give it a zero if possible. Our Keurig died after 10 wonderful years and I was looking for a simple replacement. This coffee pot is cheap and lightweight. The quality has went downhill considerably compared to our old one. We're very disappointed in the quality of the newer models. I wish I had my old one back. It's obnoxious and loud during the brewing process. No system settings as my old one. Reservoir is extremely difficult to see the water level, awful. The reservoir lid is cheap and difficult to put on.

Great coffee maker. Color is more matte in person. Photos make it appear to have a sheen.

Worked fine, then suddenly started pouring water the moment you turn it on. have to return it to the store, just haven't had time. Won't do it again, too cheaply made.

This is the fourth Keurig that I have owned and it works like all of the other ones. The primary differences are with the cup size options. My only complaint about this particular model is the maximum cup size and the cord is fairly short. Other models ave a longer cord. I recommend spending the extra money for a higher end model if you like larger cups of coffee. The maximum size with this coffee maker is 10 ounces. There is nothing wrong with this one if you are a person who just wants an average sized cup of coffee in the morning. The machine works as expected and makes a great cup of coffee. The size is fairly compact and it is very simple to use. The variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate options make the Keurig a great coffee option for the home or office.

Good coffeemaker…… I wanted to replace my old one, but had to return this one as it didn’t fit where I wanted to put it.

Great product and love that there are 4 cup options on it. Multiple colors to chose from, love it!

Used it about a dozen times and it stopped working. Too late to return it. Won't buy another Keurig brand.

This coffee maker works fine but the largest cup setting is not enough for the average size coffee mug....frustrating if you are the type that takes mugs to go
