She is 79 years old and said it was super easy to use so i loved that for her .

Unlike the older model I had you can select your cup while it is warming up and it makes your coffee as soon as it is ready. The only thing I would change is it needs a larger water tank.

Just fill water reservoir on side. When ready to use hit power & in one minute water is hot so pick cup size and it will pour immediately. Stays hot as long as we need (I think it stays on and hot couple hours.)

Haven't had any issues so far (knock on wood). Best for 1 or 2 person as water container holds enough water for 3-4 cups of coffee/tea before having to refill. Size is not big and bulky either.

Great Coffee Maker

We don't drink coffee but our guest do and feel like it works better than our previous one. It warms up quickly and makes varying sized cups of coffee.

I have bought several types of K pods and they all work great. We are even trying hot cocoa and chai with no issues. Love this coffee maker.

Refilling the water container and cleaning the machine is simple. Once a cup is brewed, there is no residual drip to clean up.

I like this is a little smaller and I like on days I want a stronger cup of coffee it has the capability to make it stronger.
