Noisy Coffee Maker

Been using an old "brew by the pot" type of coffee maker forever. I like everything about this K-Cup coffee maker except for the noise it makes. The promotion says it has "Quiet Technology", well the one I got is nowhere close to being quiet. It is so loud that I can't use it until everyone is up and out of bed in the morning. Keurig needs to go back to the drawing board regarding their "Quiet Technology". Other than the noise, it works great. And the noise is why I removed a star for the rating.

I caught it on sale and bought it again. The single cup coffee pods are great tasting and you can have a cup in minutes. Yes, the first one failed after 3 years, but for the price and convenience it’s a no brainer.

Beings every family member prefers a different type of coffee. So everyones happy. The only thing that bothers me personally, is the piece that holds the k-cup itself. It seems to collect a lot of coffee residue and it does take a minute or 10 to clean.

It takes up minimal counter space even with the large capacity, side-mounted water reservoir. We recommend this item to all of our friends who simply want a superior cup of coffee without all of the fuss, foam, and other fancy frills.
