    This is my second Keurig, and it is an upgrade from the classic in some ways. It feels flimsier than the classic, but I like that it comes with a filter, and the strong brew option definitely makes a difference. I love the color as well!

    replaced my really old Keurig thinking this one would be as reliable. Nope. when you lift the handle up to put in a k cup the mechanism came loose. had to work back into place. stayed for a while then came loose again. gave it away and went with a different brand. i'm DONE with Keurig brand.
