    Quick and Easy to use. I am not a big coffee drinks but like a cup occasionally. This was perfect for me to fix a cup at a time.

    replaced my really old Keurig thinking this one would be as reliable. Nope. when you lift the handle up to put in a k cup the mechanism came loose. had to work back into place. stayed for a while then came loose again. gave it away and went with a different brand. i'm DONE with Keurig brand.

    These single cup coffe makers can be hit or miss. This one however is a homerun every time! We have 3 of them in our house now!

    I bought his for my Sister for Christmas. The sale price was excellent. I like larger reservoir. Very easy to use and maintain.

    Less noisy than the original coffee maker. Less expensive. Heats up faster. Only time will tell if it lasts as long.

    I'm not sure if we got about a half dozen bad Kpods or if it's the coffee maker, but sometimes get very little coffee and a cup full of grounds. When it does work - it's perfect!
