    Love having a keurig! The only thing is that the water reservoir needs refilling probably every 5 cups.

    Bought this for my dad since he is a heavy coffee drinker and he loves it, the simplicity of making coffee is what he likes the most. No more heating up water.

    We replaced a much older model which was taking a long time to brew. This one brews much quicker as we expected but it seems to be made of cheaper materials. The water reservoir and cover are noticeably thinner and lighter but everything works as expected. Hopefully it lasts as long as our old one.

    It makes coffee an other "pre-made" cups easily and well. However, it is rather loud when it heats up. Works fine, just noisy when it first heats up.

    In my opinion, Keurig is the best and original for single serve coffee. I personally don't like buying from Best Buy. The certificates we earn i am never able to use. If u want to return something u better do it RIGHT AWAY! Nothing bad about the Keurig, but the store. I've bought too many things from them to get treated the way I do
