This Keruig is so perfect for house hold . Anybody in the house want fresh coffee any time of Day they can make it in 5 Minutes and no mess in the house. My family love this.

Bought this as a "backup" for my wife current Keurig when it hesitated one day and threatened my wife with a no coffee morning.

Bought to replace an older higher end kuerig does the job but not as quick as old one and kinda cheap construction for the money seems kuerig has gone down a notch in quality

Have been using the keurig coffee makers for many years now. In fact this is my 3rd one. I normally get 4-5 year's from each and buy a new one. I always get the same model and so far have not had any problems. But I have noticed that the quality seems to be cheaper. I doubt very much if this one sees 4 years. The plastic is very flimsy and just simply cleaning it feels like I have to handle it gently. Hopefully I am wrong but check with me 12 months from now and I will give you an update.

We haven't used this product yet but...Great staff, helpful and knowledgable without being pushy or salesman authoritative. Willing to try and find whatever product we were looking for in a given price range.

Owned a previous version that went bad after many years. This model has same features but water level gauge is difficult to see when topping off. Electric Cord was made shorter. Buttons are too small and made cheaper.

I only purchase this brand very reliable. Had one before I purchase this for five years decided to get a new one and my old one will be used at my cabin.

The light color shows the dark coffee drops so I'm constantly cleaning it. Also, sometimes after turning unit on, it'll immediately turn back off.

Love this coffee machine. It’s much lighter than my old keurig machine, even with water being in it. I can move it around easier when I’m cleaning my counter tops.

Ordering process was great. Curbside pick up process was great. Product in great condition and all parts included, as advertised. Very competitive price as well.

I bought a smaller version. It does a great job brewing but I miss that the cover to the water reservoir is not attached. At least it has the filter. Good unit for a small space.

I bought this for my Mom as a birthday gift because she LOVES coffee but doesn't always have time to stop at Starbucks.

Thoroughly enjoy this Keurig. It's so efficient and time saving.

For the price I paid, the product is not bad. I had my old Keurig for about 8 years, and never had a problem. I purchased this model, simply because I felt I couldn’t get my older one sparkling clean anymore. I am super disappointed in the change of quality. The plastic is thin and flimsy feeling. Even the weight from the older model to this one is drastic. That’s all in the quality, shame on Keurig! Still gives me hot coffee every morning and I love the color, so my purchase has fulfilled my needs.

We have coffee every day, 2 to 3 times a day! makes coffee except the water reservoir cracked this month and we don't even move it! we fill it with our purified water pitcher.
